Mallikarjuna Swamy Temple

Within the arena of this temple, there are two shrines that are dedicated to Lord Mallikarjuna and Deity Bhramaramba, which are said to be the incarnation of Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati. Akka Mahadevi Caves

Akka Mahadevi Caves are naturally formed caves situated in the Nallamala Hills. Mallela Theertham

The place is situated at a distance of 58 km from Srisailam and is, therefore, best suited for a quaint nature getaway. There are many legends attached to this waterfall that state its water to be holy and sacred. To experience the charm of the waterfalls at its full force, visit during the months of October and February. Another charmer of the place is the route that takes you at the bottom backside of the waterfall.

Srisailam Wildlife Sanctuary

Sprawled over an area of 3,800 square kilometers, Srisailam Wildlife Sanctuary is among the top places to visit in Srisailam. Also known as Nagarjuna Srisailam Tiger Reserve, it is the largest tiger reserve in India. The duration between the months of October and March is an ideal time to visit the reserve. Being home to varied flora and fauna, it lures many visitors for adventure purposes on an annual basis. Some of the animals that one can spot here are tiger, sambars, leopard, Indian giant squirrels, Indian python, wild boars, sloth bear, Indian peafowl, King cobra, etc.

Shikaresvara Temple
